Halwa is the sweetheart dish of people with a sweet tooth for traditional desserts. It is not only popular in Pakistan but also all over the Indian subcontinent, Middle East and even on the Arabian Peninsula. Halwa is basically a dense, sweet confection which is often served with nuts like almonds and walnuts as a garnish. These lush and rich desserts are sometimes creamy or they can be crunchy, some have a creamy pudding like texture while some halwas are made like crackers. Halwa can be made out of various healthy and savoury ingredients like carrots (gajar ka halwa), semolina (sooji ka halwa) or even pumpkin (pethay ka halwa). Recently there’s been a tasty twist and a new halwa has been making the news and it is called coconut halwa. With a Mediterranean touch, the halwa is now tastier than ever. Halwas are a big part of festivities like Ramadan and Eid and are eaten with great pleasure by dessert lovers of all ages. - Coconut Crushed 2 cups
- Desi Ghee 4 tbsp
- Cardamom Seeds 10 seeds
- Cloves 6 pieces
- Sugar half cup
- Cream half cup
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Almonds 20g
- Walnut 20g
Cooking Method
1- In a cooking pan, add desi ghee, cardamom seeds, cloves and mix it.
2- Now, add coconut and cook until golden color.
3- After that, add sugar, cream and cook 3-4 minutes.
4- Next, add eggs and keep stirring.
5- Use Almonds, walnut for garnishing.
Your tasty Coconut Ka Halwa now ready to serve.
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serve: 3 persons

How to Make Shami Kebab

Cooking Direction
1- In a cooking pot, add water, chicken, salt, gram pulse, green chili, cumin powder, coriander powder, whole cumin, whole red chili, whole hot spices, red chili crushed, ginger, garlic, turmeric and boil it until tender.
2- After that, cook it until dry, then mash it.
3- Now, add onion, green coriander, green chili, egg and make kebab.
4- Now, dip these kebab into egg and shallow fry in the cooking oil.
5- Your tasty Chicken Shami Kebab now ready to serve.
Cooking time: one hour
Serve: 2 persons
