Ingredients
- 400g Boiled Chickpea
- 4 tbsp Tahini Sauce
- As per taste Salt
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Crushed
- 2 cloves Garlic Chopped
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- As needed Water
- For garnishing Paprika Powder
Cooking Method
1- Grind boiled chickpeas, tahini sauce, salt, cumin crushed, garlic chopped, olive oil, lemon juice, cooking oil, water.
2- Use for paprika powder for garnishing

اجزاء اُبلے ہوئے چنے چار سو گرام تاہینا سوس چار کھانے کے چمچ نمک حسبِ ذائقہ کھانے کا تیل تین کھانے کے چمچ زیرہ کٹا ہوا ایک چائے کا چمچ لہسن چوپ دو جّوئے زیتون کا تیل تین کھانے کے چمچ لیموں کا رس دو کھانے کے چمچ پانی حسبِ ضرورت پیپریکا پاؤڈر بطور گارنش ترکیب ۔ایک گرائینڈر لیں اور اس میں اُبلے ہوئے چنے ،تاہینا سوس،نمک،کُٹا ہوا زیرہ ،لہسن چوپ ،زیتون کا تیل ،لیموں کا رس ،کھانے کا تیل اور پانی ڈال کر گرائینڈر کرلیں ۔ ۔اب اس پر پیپریکا پاؤڈر کی گارنش کر لیں ۔ آپکا مزیدار حمس تیار ہے ۔
