How to Make Mutton Do Pyaza Recipe
Ingredients for Mutton Do Pyaza Recipe
- Mutton 500g
- Onion 200g
- Cumin 1tbs
- Green Chili 3 pieces
- Whole Hot Spices 5 g
- Whole Red Chili 5 pieces
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 – ½ tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Coconut Powder 2 tbsp
- Tomato (Skinless) 4 pieces
- Hot Water 1 Glass
- Onion (large cube cutting) Garnish
Method
1- In a cooking pot, add cooking oil, onion, cumin, green chili, whole red chili, whole hot spices and fry it until light brown.
2- Now add, ginger & garlic paste, mutton and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
3- Afterward, add salt, red chili powder, black pepper crushed, coriander powder, cumin powder, coconut powder, tomato and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
4- Now add hot water and steam it for 30-35 minutes on low flame.
5- In a cooking pan, add cooking oil 3 tbsp, onion (large cube cutting), turmeric and sauté it.
6- Now add this fried onion into mutton gravy.
