How to make Arrabiata Pasta
Ingredients:Water (As Needed)
3 TBSP Aliz Extra virgin olive oil
300 gm Pasta
½ pieces Onions
3 Garlic Cloves
1 cup Tomato Puree
Salt (As Needed)
½ TSP Red Chili Crushed
½ TSP White Pepper Powder
½ TSP Red chili powder
2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese Powder
10 gm Parsley
Arrabbiata Pasta Method
1. First of all, take water in a pan. Then add Aliz extra Virgin Olive oil in this pan and mix it well
2. Now add pasta, & boil it for 2-3 Minutes
3. Then add Aliz extra Virgin Olive Oil, also add onions, Garlic and let them Light Brown
4. Next, add Tomato puree, Tomato Paste, Salt, Red Chili Crushed, White Pepper Powder, Red Chili Powder, Parmesan Cheese Powder, & mix them well
5. Add boiled pasta, mix it well & use parsley for garnishing
اجزاء الائز اکسٹرا ِ ورجن زیتون آئل 3کھانے کے چمچ پاستہ 300گرام پیاز 1/2 عدد لہسن 3 جوّے ٹماٹو پیوری 1کپ ٹماٹو پیسٹ 2کھانے کے چمچ نمک حسبِ ذائقہ لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی 1-1/2چائے کے چمچ سفید مرچ پاؤڈر 1-1/2چائے کے چمچ لال مرچ پاؤڈر 1/2 چائے کاچمچ پارمیزان چیز پاؤڈر 2 کھانے کے چمچ
- ترکیب
- ۔ایک پین میں پانی لیں اور اس میں الائز اکسٹرا ِ ورجن زیتون آئل ڈال کرہلائیں اور مکس کرلیں ۔
- ۔اب اس میں پاستہ ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ اُبال لیں ۔
- ۔اب ایک پین میں الائز اکسٹرا ِ ورجن زیتون آئل لیں اور اس میں پیاز اور لہسن ڈال کر ہلکا سا براؤن کر لیں ۔
- ۔اب اس میں ٹماٹو پیوری ڈال کر ہلائیں اور اس میں ٹماٹو پیسٹ ،نمک،لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی ،سفید مرچ پاؤدڑ ،لال مرچ پاؤدڑ ،پارمیزان چیز پاؤڈر ڈال کر اچھی طرح ہلالیں ۔
- ۔اب اس میں اُبلا ہوا پاستہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور پارسلے کی گارنش کرلیں ۔
