How to Make Bombay Biryani

  • 1 kg rice
  • 20 gm Garam Masalah
  • Salt as needed
  • Half cup cooking oil
  • 2 TBSP ginger garlic paste
  • 700 gm chicken
  • 3 tomato slice
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 TBSP red chili powder
  • 1 TSP Green coriander powder
  • 1 TSP cumin powder
  • 1 TSP turmeric
  • 3 Tomatoes (For Tomato paste)
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 15 gm brown onions
  • Garnish (Green chili, Green Coriander, Mint, Lemon slices)
  • 1 cup chicken soup
Step-by-Step Cooking Method:
  1. Add water in a bowl, then add Guard Rice & soak them for 20-25 Minutes in water
  2. In a bowel, add some water. Then add garam Masalah, salt cooking oil in this water and cook then strain and separate. Then add rice and cook for a while
  3. In a pan, add cooking oil, ginger garlic paste, cumin, chicken, garam Masalah, , yogurt, salt
  4. Red chili powder, green coriander powder, cumin powder, tomato paste, turmeric and cook then add potatoes and simmer it for 5-7 Minutes
  5. Fry it for 2 minutes
  6. Now take a bowel and add prepared maslah in it then add garnish ( lemon slices,Tomato slices,Green chilies, Chopped Ginger, Brown Onions, Crushed green coriander, Mint ). Then add boiled rice and repeat this process
  7. Now add chicken soup, yellow food color and simmer it for 8-10 minutes
  8. Bombay Biryani is ready to serve

اجزاء چاول ایک کلو ثابت گرم مصالحہ بیس گرام نمک حسبِ ذائقہ کھانے کا تیل آدھا کپ ادرک لہسن دو کھانے کے چمچ چکن سات سو گرام ٹماٹر سلائس تین عدد دہی ایک کپ لال مرچ پاؤڈر دو کھانے کے چمچ دھنیا پاؤڈر ایک چائے کاچمچ زیرہ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کاچمچ ہلدی ایک چائے کا چمچ پسے ہوئے ٹماٹر تین عدد آلو ایک کلو براؤن پیاز پندرہ گرام لییموں سلائس , سبز مرچ ،پودینہ ،سبز دھنیا , ادرک , براؤن پیاز ) گارنش ) چکن یخنی ایک کپ ترکیب ایک باؤل میں چاول ڈال کر بیس سے پچیس منٹ تک بھگولیں ۔ایک باؤل میں پانی ڈال کر اس میں ،ثابت گرم مصالحہ ،نمک اور کھانے کا تیل ڈال کر اور اُبا ل کر چھان لیں پھرچاول ڈالیں اور پکالیں ۔ ۔اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل لیں اور اس میں ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ،ثابت زیرہ ،چکن ،ثابت گرم مصالحہ ، ،دہی ،نمک،لال مرچ پاؤڈر ،دھنیا پاؤڈر ،زیرہ پاؤڈر ،پسے ہوئے ٹماٹراور ہلدی ڈال کر دو منٹ تک بھونائی کر کے آلو ڈالیں پانچ سے سا ت منٹ تک دم دیں ۔ دو منٹ تک بھونائی کر لیں ۔ ۔ اب ایک برتن میں تیار کیا ہوا مصالحہ لیں اور اس میں اُبلے ہوئے چاول ،گارنش ڈا ل کر اس عمل کو دہرا لیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں چکن یخنی, پیلا رنگ ڈا ل کر آٹھ سے دس منٹ تک دم دیں ۔ ۔آپکی مزیدار بمبئی بریانی تیار ہے ۔ پکا نے کا وقت: چالیس منٹ افراد: چار عدد
