- Black Pepper Crushed ½ tsp
- Green Coriander (Chopped) 2 tbsp
- Yellow Capsicum (Chopped) 1 tbsp

- Green Chili (Chopped) ½ tsp
- Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise as needed
- Tomato (Slice Cutting) 1 piece
- White Sesame Seeds as needed
- Lettuce as needed
- Cheese Slice 2 pieces
- Cucumber as needed
Method
In a bowl, add and beat eggs, salt, black pepper, green coriander, tomato, green capsicum, yellow capsicum.
In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, egg mixture and fry it. The Omelette is ready.
Now heat the 2 bread slices slightly in cooking pan.
Now spread the mayonnaise on bread slices and place lettuce, cucumber slices, tomato slices, fried omelette, cheese slices, then cucumber slices, tomato slices, and then cover it with bread slice.
