Chicken Golden Cutlet Recipe in Urdu & English

The Chicken Golden Cutlet recipe is a delicious recipe for kids but is widely enjoyed by adults too as a starter or appetizer. In Pakistan, a cutlet is mostly referred to a deep fried food roll usually oval or cylindrical in shape but sometimes it prepared in a disk shape too. The food roll is an assortment of different items ranging from mashed potatoes and cheese or rice mix-up, with nicely chopped vegetables like onions, chilies, ginger, and garlic. Along with mashed potatoes, minced meat like chicken, beef or beef is also added. Some variants of the cutlet have shrimp or fish in the mix too. All this is mixed into a batter where corn flour and eggs are added to provide firmness to the cutlet and saves it from falling apart during the frying process. Prior to frying, the cutlet is usually coated with an upper layer of bread crumbs, and in some cases, sesame seeds are also used. - Chicken Mince 250g

- Soy Sauce 1 tsp

- Salt as per taste

- White Chili Powder 1 tsp

- Ginger Chopped 1 tsp

- Garlic Chopped 2 tsp

- Onion Chopped 1

- Green Chili Chopped 2

- Corn Flour 2 tsp

- Egg 3

- Bread Slice 6-8

- White Sesame 2 tbsp

- Cooking Oil as needed

Cooking Method:

1- In a bowl, add chicken mince, soy sauce, salt, white chili powder, ginger, garlic, onion, green chili, corn flour, egg (1 piece) and mix it well. Your mixture is ready

1- In a pan, add eggs (2 pieces) with salt and beat it.

1- Now, cut the bread in round shape and firstly add egg, then chicken mince mixture, then egg again and at last white sesame on it.

1- Now, deep fry until golden brown.

اجزاء چکن قیمہ ڈھائی سو گرام سویا سوس ایک چائے کا چمچ نمک حسبِ ذائقہ سفید مرچ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچ ادرک چوپ ایک چائے کاچمچ لہسن چوپ دو چائے کے چمچ پیازچوپ ایک عدد سبز مرچ چوپ دو عدد کارن فلور دو چائے کے چمچ انڈا تین عدد بریڈ سلائس چھ سے آتھ عدد سفید تِل دو کھانے کے چمچ کھانے کاتیل حسبِ ضرورت ترکیب ۔ایک باؤل میں چکن قیمہ لیں اور اس میں سویا سوس ،نمک ،سفید مرچ پاؤڈر ،ادرک ،لہسن ،پیاز ،سبز مرچ ،کارن فلور اور انڈا (ایک عدد)ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں ۔ ۔اب ایک برتن میں انڈے (دو عدد) لے کر اس میں نمک ڈال کر پھینٹ لیں ۔ ۔اب بریڈ کو گول کٹنگ میں کاٹ کر اس پر انڈا،تیار کیاہوا چکن قیمہ،انڈا اور سفید تِل لگا کر کھانے کے تیل میں گولڈن براؤن کر لیں ۔ آپکے مزے دار چکن گولڈن کوائنز تیار ہیں ۔ پکانے کا وقت : تیس منٹ افراد: تین
