Ingredients:
700 gm Chicken
1 Kg Rice
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
½ Cup yogurt
1 TSP Ginger Garlic paste
1 TSP Whole hot spices
Salt (As Needed)
1 TSP Red Chili Crushed
1 TSP Ground red Chili
1 TSP Turmeric Powder
1 TSP Hot Spices Powder
1 Lemon (For Lemon Juice)
4 Green Chilies
5 gm Green Coriander
4 gm Mint
½ Cup Cooking Oil
Preparation:
First of all, in a cooking pot, add cooking oil, onions, whole hot spices and let it brown
Now, add chopped tomatoes and salt by stirring it well
Next, add Red Chili Crushed, Ground Red Chili, Turmeric Powder & mix it
After this, add chicken & cook it for 5 Minutes
Again cook it for 2 minutes by adding yogurt
Add water, let it boil. Now put the rice in this boiled water & Cook it until all the water dried
Add Green Coriander, Mint, Green Chili, Lemon Juice,
In the last, simmer it for 15 Minutes

اجزاء چکن 700گرام چاول 1کلو پیاز 2عدد ٹماٹر 2عدد دہی 1/2کپ لہسن ادرک 1کھانے کا چمچ ثابت گرم مصالحہ 1چائے کا چمچ نمک حسبِ ذائقہ لال مرچ پسی ہوئی 1چائے کا چمچ لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی 1چائے کا چمچ ہلدپسی ہوئی 1چائے کا چمچ گرم مصالحہ کُٹا ہوا 1چائے کا چمچ لیموں کا رس 1چائے کاچمچ سبز مرچ 4 عدد سبز دھنیا 5 گرام پودینہ 5 گرام کھانے کا تیل 1/2کپ ترکیب ۔ایک دیگچی میں کھانے کا تیل لیں اور اس میں پیاز ،ثابت گرم مصالحہ ،چوپ ٹماٹر ڈال کر ہلالیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں نمک،لال مرچ پسی ہوئی ،لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی ،ہلدی ڈال کر مکس کرلیں اورچکن ڈال کر پانچ منٹ تک پکالیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں دہی ڈال کر دومنٹ تک دوبارہ پکالیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں پانی ڈال کر ہلکا سا اُبال لیں اور چاول ڈال کر پانی کو خشک کر لیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں سبز دھنیا ،پودینہ ،سبز مرچ اور لیموں ڈال کر پندرہ منٹ کے لیے دم دیں ۔ آپکا مزیدار چکن تِہاری پُلاؤ تیار ہے ۔ پکا نے کا وقت: تیس منٹ افراد: تین عدد
