  • 1/2 Cup Kisan Cooking Oil
  • 400 gm Chicken Boneless
  • 25 gm Onions
  • 25 gm Red Capsicum
  • 25 gm Green Capsicum
  • 50 gm Carrots
  • 80 gm Peas
  • 1 TBSP Chili Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Soy Sauce
  • 1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 1 TBSP Chicken Powder
  • 1 & 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 50 gm Cabbage
  • 300 gm Roll Patti's
  • 1 Egg


  1. First of all, add Kisan Cooking Oil in a Pan. Let it some warm. Then add chicken boneless, onions, mix them well
  2. Then add Red Capsicum, Green Capsicum, Carrots, Mix them.
  3. Now mix it again by adding Peas, Chili Sauce, Soya Sauce, Black Pepper Powder
  4. Add Salt, Chicken Powder, Sugar, Mix them again
  5. Add Cabbage and mix
  6. Now take a roll Patti. Apply the above prepared mixture at this. Apply Egg at one side and close it by applying Egg at the other side
  7. It's time for frying. Add Kisan cooking oil in pan. Add Rolls in this oil and fry them until they changed into golden brown

  • نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
  • چینی 1-1/2کپ
  • چکن پاؤڈر 1کھانے کا چمچ
  • بند گوبھی 50گرام
  • رول پٹی 300 گرام
  • کسا ن کوکنگ آئل 1/2کپ
  • انڈا 1عدد

ترکیب ۔ایک پین کسان کوکنگ آئل ڈل کر گرم کر لیں ۔ ۔ اب اس میں پیاز ڈال کر براؤن کر لیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں لال شملہ مرچ ،سبز شملہ مرچ اورگاجر ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں مٹر ،چلی سوس ،سویا سوس اورکالی مرچ پاؤڈر ڈال کر مزید مکس کرلیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں نمک ،چکن پاؤڈر ،چینی اور بند گوبھی ڈال کر دو بارہ مکس کر لیں ۔ ۔ اب ایک رول پٹی لیں اور اس پر تیا ر کیا ہوا مکسچر ڈال کرایک سِرے پر انڈا لگائیں اور رول کر کے بند کردیں ۔ ۔ایک پین میں کسان کوکنگ آئل لیں اور اس میں تیار کیے ہوئے رول ڈال کر گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کر لیں ۔ ۔آپکے مزیدارسپرنگ رول تیار ہیں ۔
