  • Fish (Bhetki) 400g
  • Salt as per taste
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1 piece
  • Red Chili Crushed 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp
  • Yellow Color 1 pinch
  • Corn Flour 2 tsp
  • Maida Flour 3 tsp
  • Sesame as per needed
  • Cooking Oil as per needed

Cooking Direction

1- Cut the fish into pieces.

2- In a pot, add and marinate fish pieces, salt, lemon juice, ginger & garlic paste, red chili crushed, black pepper crushed, yellow color, corn flour, maida flour.

3- Now keep in the refrigerator for an hour.

4- Now cover the marinated fish with sesame and fry until golden brown.

  • نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
  • لیموں کا رس دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • انڈا ایک عدد
  • لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • کالی مرچ کُٹی ہوئی ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • پیلا رنگ ایک چٹکی
  • کارن فلور دو چائے کے چمچ
  • میدہ تین چائے کے چمچ
  • سفید تِل حسبِ ضرورت
  • کھانے کا تیل حسبِ ضرورت
ترکیب مچھلی کے درمیانے ٹکڑے کر لیں۔ اس میں نمک ،لیموں کا رس ،ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ، لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی ،کالی مرچ کُٹی ہوئی ،پیلا رنگ ،کارن فلور اور میدہ ڈال کراچھی طرح ملا لیں اور ایک گھنٹے کے لیے فریج میں رکھ دیں ۔ اب ایک برتن میں سفید تِل لیں اور تیار شدہ مچھلی پراچھی طرح لگالیں ۔ اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کرلیں اور مچھلی کو گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک ڈیپ فرائی کرلیں ۔آپکی مزیدار ڈھاکہ فرائیڈ فِش تیار ہے
