Ingredients Kashmiri Tea
1 liter Milk
20 gm Almonds Crushed
20 gm Pistachios Crushed
3 TBSP Kashmiri Tea Leaves
3 Star Anise
1 piece of Cinnamon
7 Cardamoms
1/2 TSP Baking Soda
2 Glasses Cold Water
Sugar (As needed)
Salt (As needed)
Method of Kashmiri Tea

In a pot, add water, Kashmiri tea leaves, star anise, baking soda, cinnamon, cardamoms and salt.
Let the mixture simmer and boil it until the water is reduced to half.
Now add 2 glasses of cold water during making the Kahwah. Stir the mixture and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. Now Kahwah is ready.
In another pot, add milk, almonds, pistachios and sugar and boil it for 5-7 minutes.
Now add Kahwah and boil it for 12-15 minutes on low flame.
Your tasty Pink Tea Recipe is now ready to serve.

ترکیب
ایک برتن میں پانی لیں اور اس میں کشمیری پتی، بادیان کے پھول، دار چینی، سبز ایلایچی،میٹھا سوڈاور نمک ڈال کر اتنا پکائیں کہ قہوہ آدھا رہ جائے۔پھراس میں ٹھنڈا پا نی ڈال کر پانچ سے سات منٹ کے لیے پکائیں اور چھان لیں۔قہوہ تیار ہے۔ اب ایک برتین میں دودھ لیں اور بادام، پستہ اورچینی ڈال کر پانچ سے سات منٹ ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں۔پھر اس میں تیار کیا ہوا قہوہ ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر منٹ 20-15 کے لیے پکائیں۔ آپکی مزے دار کشمیری چائے تیار ہے۔
