How to Make Chicken Masala Recipe
Ingredients

500 gm Chicken
1 & 1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Turmeric powder
Salt (As Needed)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Onion
4 Tomatoes (without skin)
2 Green Chilies
1/2 cup Yogurt
2 tbsp Fried onion
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
1 tbsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Whole Cumin
Cooking Oil (As needed)
1 Cup Hot Water
Ginger, Green Coriander, Green Chilies (for Garnishing)
Method
1- In a pot, add and Marinate, chicken, salt, red chili powder 1 tsp,turmeric, lemon juice, ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp. Keep in the refrigerator for an hour.
2- In a cooking pot, add cooking oil, marinated chicken and deep fry until golden brown.
3- In another cooking pot, add cooking oil 3 tbsp, onion, cumin, green chili and make it light brown.
4- Now add ginger & garlic paste, tomato, yogurt, salt, red chili powder, black pepper crushed, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook for 8-10 minutes.
5- Afterward, add fried chicken, hot water and steam it for 5-10 minutes.
6- Now use fried brown onion, ginger, green coriander, green chili as a garnish.
Your tasty Murgh Masala is ready to serve.
