Ingredients
500 gm Mutton (with bones)
100 gm Fat
1 TBSP Garlic chopped
200 gm Tomato (without skin)
1/2 Cup Yogurt
1 TSP Coriander crushed
1 TSP Cumin crushed
Salt (As Needed)
8 Whole Red chilies
2 Green chilies
1 Cup Cooking Oil
1 TSP Ginger (Chopped)
Method for Namkeen Karahi Gosht
1-In a cooking pot, add cooking oil, fat and cook until light brown.
2-Now add mutton, yogurt, tomato, salt, garlic, whole red chili, coriander Crushed, cumin crushed, green chili crushed and steam for 35-40 minutes on low flame and check during this time.
3-After well cook, cook for 3-5 minutes on high flame.
4- Now add Green chilies, coriander, Tomatoes, ginger then fry
4-Your tasty Namkeen karahi is ready to serve.

- آئل بڑا کپ ایک چائے کا چمچ چوپ ادرک
ترکیب
ایک برتن میں آئل لیں اس میں چربی ڈال کر لائیٹ براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کریں ۔اب اس میں مٹن ڈال کر دہی ،ٹماٹر ،نمک ،لہسن ،لال مرچ ثابت ،دھنیا کُٹا ہوا ،زیرہ کُٹا ہوا اور ہری مرچ کٹی ہوئی ڈال کرپینتیس سے چالیس مِنٹ گلنے تک دم دیں اور ساتھ میں چیک کرتے رہیں گل جانے پر اسے تین سے چار مِنٹ تک بھون لیں ٹماٹر ہری مرچ, دھنیا کُٹا ہوا ادرک ,ڈال کر بھون لیں ۔آپکی مزیدار نمکین کڑاہی تیار ہے۔
