Ingredients for Peda 2 ways
2 Cup Khoya
1-1/2 Sugar
1-1/2 Water
1/2 Cup Chocolate
1-1/2 tbsp Golucose/Honey
Instructions for Peda 2 ways
1- in a pan add khoya and cook for a while.
2- in another pan, add water, sugar, honey/golucose and cook it until its become sugar syrup.
3- now add this syrup intp cooked khoya and mix it well.
4- now add melted chocolate in half cooked khoya and mit it well. after that make it round peda shape. Chocolate peda now ready to serve.
5- now make peda shape of other half khoya mixture.
