Ingredients:
1 & ½ KG Saag
½ Spinash
250 gm Goosefoot Leaves
Salt (As Needed)
1 TSP Ginger (Chopped0
1 TSP Garlic (Chopped)
6 Green Chilies
2 TSBP Corn Flour
½ TSP Re Chili Crushed
3 TBSP Desi Ghee
Half Onion (Chopped)
5 Whole Red Chilies
Preparation:
First of all, add Saag, Spinach, Goosefoot, Salt, Water (1 Cup) in a Cooking Pot
Now add, Chopped Garlic, Chopped Ginger, Red Chili Crushed, & Cook it for 2 hours
Cook it well, and mashed it well
After this take a pan, Add Desi Ghee (3 TBSP), Cloves (3 pieces), ½ Red Chili Crushed, Half Onion (Chopped), 2 TBSP Corn Flour, Saag, 5 Whole Red Chilies, cook it well and take it off from the stove

اجزاء ساگ 1-1/2کلو پالک 1/2کلو باتھو 250گرام نمک حسبِ ذائقہ ادرک 1چائے کا چمچ لہسن 1چائے کا چمچ سبز مرچ 6عدد پانی 1کپ مکئی کا آٹا 2کھانے کے چمچ لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی 1/2چائے کا چمچ دیسی گھی 3کھانے کے چمچ پیاز 1/2عدد لال مرچ گول 5عدد ترکیب ۔ایک مٹی کی ہانڈی کٹا ہوا ساگ لیں اور اس میں پالک ،باتھو ،پانی (ایک کپ )،نمک،لہسن چوپ ،ادرک چوپ ،سبز مرچ ڈال کر دو گھنٹے کے لیے پکا لیں ۔ ۔ساگ کے گَل جانے پر اسے گھوٹنے کی مدد سے پیس لیں ۔ ۔اب ایک پین میں دیسی گھی لیں اور اس میں لہسن ،لال مر چ کُٹی ہوئی ،پیاز ،سبز مرچ ،مکئی کا آٹا ،لال گول مر چ اور تیار کیا ہوا ساگ ڈال کر دو منٹ تک پکالیں ۔ ۔آپکا مزیدار سرسوں کا ساگ تیار ہے ۔ ۔ پکا نے کا وقت: تین گھنٹے افراد: چار عدد
