1/2 kg Chicken (Boneless striip cutting)

1 tbsp Red chilli flakes

salt to taste

1 cup Yogurt

1/2 tsp Coriander Powder

1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste

1/2 tsp Cumin Powder

1 cup Rice

1 Chicken Cube

1 tbsp Turmeric Powder

1 tbsp Garlic Paste

2 tbsp Oil

2 cups Water

Salt to Taste

1/2 Cup Tahini Paste

2 tbsp Garlic

1 cup Mayonnaise

2 tbsp Cream

1 tsp Black Pepper

Salt to taste

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1 cup Ketchup

2 tbsp Chilli Sauce

1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes

1/2 cup Cream

1/2 cup Cucumber (julienne)

1/2 cup Carrots (julienne)

1/2 cup Onion (julienne)

1/2 cup Capsicum (julienne)

1 cup Vinegar

1 cup Water

In a pan add chicken, red chilli flakes, salt, yogurt, coriander powder, black pepper, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste & cumin powder & marinate for 15-20 mins.

Then cook the chicken in a pan for 7-8 mins or until tender. Then Keep aside the chicken.

In a bowl add Tahini paste, garlic, mayonnaise, cream, black pepper & salt and mix it well.

In a bowl add mayo, cream, ketchup, chilli sauce & chilli flakes and mix well.

In a pan add oil heat up and add garlic & saute for 1 minute, then add water, salt, chicken cube, turmeric powder and cook then add soaked rice and cook for 5-7 minutes

Now cover it with lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.

ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گر م کر کے اس میں لہسن ڈال کر ایک منٹ بھون لیں۔اب اس میں پانی، نمک، چکن کیوب، ہلدی پاؤڈر اور بھگوئے ہوئے چاول ڈال کر پانچ سے سات منٹ پکائیں۔

پھر ڈھکن سے ڈھانپ کر دوبارہ پانچ سے سات منٹ پکنے دیں۔
