Take the whole chicken and cut the back bone of the chicken.

Now in a bowl add Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt, hot sauce, coriander powder, red chili flakes, cumin powder, salt, red chili powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, paprika powder and mix it well. Add whole chicken to the bowl and coat it well in the marinade.

Let it rest for 1 hour.

Now bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 mins. Your Whole Chicken Roast is ready

In a blender add green coriander, cumin seeds, salt, Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt, green chilies and blend it well.
