Ingredients For Cake Rusk:
250 gm Butter
250 gm Maida
250 gm Sugar
5-6 Eggs
1 & ½ TSP Baking Powder
1 TSP Vanilla Essence
2 TBSP Cooking Oil
Instructions for Cake-Rusk:
1. First of all, add Butter in a mixer, then add sugar
2. Mix it well, until it became soft
3. Now add eggs one by one, keep mixing
4. After this, add vanilla Essence & mix it again
5. Now pour this mixture into a bowl
6. Add Maida, & mix it well
7. Now mix it again by adding baking powder
8. It’s time for Molding. Take a mold, apply cooking oil at this mold
9. Fix the butter paper in this mold
10. Keep the material (which we have prepared above) in this Mold & oven bake it for 30 minutes at 180-200°C
11. After oven bake, let it cool. And keep it aside for 4-5 hours
12. It’s time for making cakes/Rusks
13. Cut this material into cake rusks shape & oven bake it for 20-25 minutes at 160-180°C
14. Your yummy cake/Rusks are ready to serve

کیک رس اجزاء مکھن 250گرام میدہ 250گرام شکر 250گرام انڈے 5-6عدد بیکنگ پاؤڈر 1-1/2کھانے کے چمچ ونیلا ایسنس 1کھانے کا چمچ آئل 2کھانے کے چمچ کیک رس ترکیب ۔ایک مکسر میں مکھن لیں اور اس میں چینی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں یہا ں تک کہ ملائم ہو جائے ۔ ۔اب اس میں ایک ایک کر کے انڈے ڈال کر مکس کرتے جائیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں ونیلا ایسنس ڈال کر مکس کریں اور ایک باؤل میں نکا ل لیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں پہلے میدہ اور پھربیکنگ پاؤڈر ڈال کر مکس کرتے جائیں ۔ ۔اب ایک سانچے کو کھانے کا تیل لگا ئیں اور بٹر پیپر رکھ کر تیار کیا ہوا مادہ اس میں ڈال کر 200-180ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 30منٹ تک اوون بیک کرلیں ۔ ۔اب اوون سے نکال کر 5-4گھنٹے تک ٹھنڈا ہونے کے لیے رکھ دیں ۔ ۔اب اسے کیک رس کی شکل میں کاٹ لیں اور 180-160ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 25-20منٹ تک دوبارہ اوون بیک کرلیں ۔ آپکا مزیدار کیک رس تیار ہے ۔ پکا نے کا وقت: 40 منٹ افراد: 4-3
