Ingredients for Namkeen Gosht

100 gm Ghee or Butter
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 kg Mutton
1 tsp Whole Cumin
Salt (As Needed)
4 Tomato
1 cup Hot Water
6 Green Chili
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 tbsp Yogurt
5 gm Green Coriander

Directions for Namkeen Gosht

1- In a pan, add butter or ghee, ginger garlic paste, whole cumin, mutton, salt and cook for 2-3 minutes, then simmer for 15-20 minutes
2- Now, add tomato, hot water and simmer for 25-30 minutes
3- Now, add green chili, black pepper powder, yogurt and cook for 5 minutes
4- Use green coriander for garnishing
Your tasty Namkeen Gosht now ready to serve

اجزا ء مکھن یا گھی ایک سو گرام ادرک لہسن پیسٹ دو کھانے کے چمچ مٹن ایک کلو ثابت زیرہ ایک چائے کا چمچ نمک حسبِ ذائقہ ٹماٹر چار عدد گرم پانی ایک کپ سبز مرچ چھ عدد کالی مرچ پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ دہی دو کھانے کے چمچ سبز دھنیا پانچ گرام ترکیب ۔ایک پین میں مکھن یا گھی لیں اور اس میں ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ،ثابت زیرہ ،مٹن اور نمک ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ بھونائی کرلیں اور پندرہ سے بیس منٹ تک دم دیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں ٹماٹر اورگرم پانی ڈال کر پچیس سے تیس منٹ دو بارہ دم دیں ۔ ۔اب اس میں سبز مرچ ،کالی مرچ پاؤڈراوردہی ڈال کر پانچ منٹ تک بھونائی کر لیں ۔ ۔اب اس پر لیموں اور سبز دھنیا کی گارنش کر لیں ۔ ۔آپکا مزیدار نمکین گوشت تیار ہے ۔ پکانے کا وقت : چالیس منٹ افراد: چار عدد
