2 Cup Gram Flour
Salt (As Needed)
1 TSP Red Chili Powder
1 TSP Chopped Red Chili
1 TSP Coriander
1 TSP Cumin Powder
1 TSP Kasoori Methi
1 TSP Coriander Crushed
1 TBSP Pomegranate Seeds
½ Cup TSP Yellow Food Color
2 Potatoes
1 Aubergin
Add Gram Flour in a Bowl, then add Salt, Red Chili Crushed, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Kasoori Methi, Pomegranate Seeds, Coriander Crushed, Yellow Food Color and mix it well
Then, Cut the potatoes & Aubergin into slices.
Add cooking oil in a pan, let it hot. Then dip these potato & Auberin Slices into the gram flour mixture which we have prepared above and fry them
It’s time for frying Green Chilies. Fill the green chilies with Masala. Now fry these green chilies by adding them into the cooking oil

Masala Preparation for Green Chilies


1 TSP Fenugreek seeds
1 TSP Mustard Seeds
1 TSP Red Chili Powder
1 TBSP Chat Masala
1 TSP Nigella Seeds
1 TSP Turmeric Powder
2 TBSP Cooking Oil
8 Green Chilies


In a bowl, add Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard seeds, Red Chili Powder, chat Masala, Nigella Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Cooking Oil
Now cut the Green Chilies into the centre and fill these chilies with the mixture, which we have prepared above
Green Chilies are ready to fry

اجزا ء بیسن 2کپ نمک حسبِ ذائقہ لال مرچ کُٹی ہوئی 1چائے کا چمچ لال مرچ پاؤڈر 1چائے کا چمچ دھنیا پاؤڈر 1چائے کا چمچ زیرہ پاؤڈر 1چائے کا چمچ قصو ری میتھی 1چائے کا چمچ دھنیا کُٹا ہوا 1چائے کا چمچ اناردانہ پسا ہوا 1کھانے کا چمچ پیلا رنگ 1/2چائے کا چمچ آلو 2عدد بینگن 1عدد ۔ایک باؤل میں بیسن لیں اورا س میں نمک،لال مرچ پاؤڈر ،لال مر چ کُٹی ہوئی ،دھنیا پاؤڈر ،زیرہ پاؤڈر ،قصو ری میتھی ،انار دانہ پسا ہوا ، دھنیا کُٹاہوا اورپیلا رنگ ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں۔ ۔اب آلو اور بینگن کو سلائس کٹنگ میں کاٹ لیں اور تیار کیا ہوے بیسن میں ڈپ کر لیں ۔ ۔اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل لیں اوراس میں تیار شدہ سلائس ڈال گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کرلیں ۔ ۔اب سبز مرچو ں میں مصالحہ بھر کے کھانے کے تیل میں فرائی کرلیں ۔ اجزاء ( بھری مرچ ) میتھی دانہ 1چائے کا چمچ رائی دانہ 1چائے کا چمچ لال مرچ پاؤڈر 1چائے کاچمچ چاٹ مصالحہ 1کھانے کا چمچ کلونجی 1چائے کاچمچ ہلدی پاؤڈر 1چائے کا چمچ کھانے کا تیل 2کھانے کے چمچ سبز مرچ 8عدد ترکیب (بھری مرچ ) ۔ایک باؤل میں تمام اجزاء لے کرمکس کرلیں ۔ ۔اب سبز مرچ کو درمیا ن سے کٹ لگائیں اور تیار کیا ہوا مکسچر بھر دیں اور کھانے کے تیل میں فرائی کر لیں ۔ پکانے کا وقت: تیس منٹ افراد: چارعدد
