All-purpose flour 1 ½ cup

Caster sugar 3/4 cup

Baking powder 2 tsp

Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk 3/4 cup

Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Peaches (peeled & sliced) 4-5

Brown sugar 1/2 cup

Cinnamon powder 2 tbsp

Salt 1 pinch

Nestlé MilkPak Unsalted Dairy Butter (melted) 1/4 cup

Prepared dough as required

Peach mixture

Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream as required

Peaches (sliced) as required

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl add flour, caster sugar, baking powder, Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk, vanilla essence and mix it well. Set aside.

In a pan heat Peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon powder, salt and cook until peaches get soft. Set aside.

In a baking dish add Nestlé MilkPak Unsalted Dairy Butter, prepared dough and spread it evenly. Then add peach mixture and spread it evenly. Bake it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30-35 mins.

Now take it out, let it cool at room temperature, add slices of peach on top and drizzle Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream.

Your Peach Cobbler is ready. Serve and enjoy.

پیچ کوبلر بنانے کےلئے ایک بیکنگ ڈش میں نیسلے ملک پیک انسالٹڈ بٹر اور تیار ڈو ڈال کرہر طرف پھیلائیں پھر اس میں آڑو کا آمیزہ ڈال پھیلا دیں اور گرم اوون میں ایک سو ستر ڈگری پرتیس سے پیتیس منٹ تک بیک کریں۔

اب اسے باہر نکال کرکمرے کے درجہ حرارت پر ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں اور آڑو کے ٹکڑے ڈالیں کر نیسلے ملک پیک ڈیری کریم ڈالیں۔
