How to make Chicken Reshmi Kabab

  • 700 gm Chicken
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 6 Green Chilies
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 5 gm Green Coriander
  • 200 gm Butter
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 5 gm Ginger (Chopped)
  • 2 TSP Coriander Powder
  • 1 & ½ TSP Cumin Powder
  • 1 TSP Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 TSP white pepper Powder
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Powder
  • Cooking Oil (As Needed)
  1. First of all, take a Blender, add chicken, Butter, White Pepper Powder, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Green Coriander, Onion, Coconut Powder, Coriander Crushed, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili. Now Blend these all ingredients with chicken. And Keep it in the fridge for 30 Minutes
  2. Apply the oil at the hands, make kababs from the marinated chicken
  3. Take a pan, add oil and fry the kababs lightly
  4. Take oven tray and keep these kababs in this tray now oven bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C

اجزاء چکن 700 گرام نمک حسبِ ذائقہ سبز مرچ 6عدد پیاز 1عدد مکھن 200گرام سبز دھنیا 5گرام لہسن 3جوّئے ادرک 5گرام دھنیا پاؤڈر 2چائے کے چمچ زیرہ پاؤڈڑ 1-1/2چائے کے چمچ گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر 1چائے کاچمچ ؂کالی مرچ پاؤڈر 1چائے کاچمچ سفید مرچ پاؤڈر 1چائے کاچمچ کوکونٹ پاؤڈڑ 2کھانے کے چمچ کھانے کا تیل حسبِ ضرورت ترکیب ۔ایک بلینڈر لیں اور اس میں چکن ،سفید مرچ پاؤڈر ،نمک،کالی مر چ پاؤڈر ،سبز دھنیا ،پیاز ،کوکونٹ پاؤڈر ،دھنیا کُٹا ہوا ،گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر ،زیرہ پاؤڈر ،ادرک لہسن کُٹی ہوئی اورسبز مرچ ڈال کر بلینڈ کرلیں ۔ ۔اب اسے تیس منٹ تک فریج میں رکھ دیں ۔ ۔اب تیار کیے ہوئے مکسچر کے کباب بنا لیں ۔ ۔اب ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل لیں اور تیار شدہ کباب ڈال کر آدھے فرائی کرلیں ۔ ۔اب ایک فرائی کباب کو 180ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 10منٹ کے لیے اوون بیک کرلیں ۔ ۔آپکے مزیدار کباب تیا رہیں ۔ پکانے کا وقت: تیس منٹ افراد: تین عدد
