Ingredients For the Rabri:

  • 1 & ½ Liter Milk
  • 4 TBSP Sugar
  • 50 gm Pistachios
  • 4-5 Green Cardamoms
Instructions for the Rabri:
  1. First of all, add milk in a pan. Boil it until it produces cream
  2. Keep fixing this this cream at the corners, until the milk remains ½ cup
  3. Take it off from the stove by adding Sugar and Green Cardamoms
  4. Let it cool for ½ hours
  5. Now cook this cream again for 2-3 minutes
  6. It’s time for topping, use pistachios for the topping

ٍٍٍربڑی اجزاءٍٍٍ دودھ 1-1/2 لیٹر چینی 4کھانے کے چمچ پستہ 50گرام سبز الائچی 4-5دانے ربڑی ترکیب ۔ایک پین میں دودھ لے کراتنا پکائیں کہ بالائی آجائے اور بالائی کو کناروں پر لگاتے جائیں ۔ ۔جب دودھ آدھا کپ تو اس میں چینی اور سبز الائچی ڈال کر اُتا ر لیں اورآدھے گھنٹے کے لیے ٹھنڈا کر لیں ۔ ۔اب اسے دوبارہ دو سے تین منٹ تک پکائیں اور پستہ کی گارنش کرلیں ۔ ۔آپکی مزیدار ربڑی تیار ہے۔ پکانے کا وقت: 35 منٹ 2 :افراد
